Delivery & Returns

All deliveries and returns to UK mainland addresses are free.

Our delivery partner is DPD who will aim to deliver your bedding within 2-3 working days.

To make receiving your T&D bedding as hassle free as possible DPD will email or text you the day before delivery. You will also have the option to re-arrange delivery or leave delivery instructions. You’ll receive a 1 hr time slot on the day of delivery as well.

Returns – UK mainland

Our returns policy is hassle free. If you would like to return all or part of your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we can offer you a full refund or exchange to the same value of your purchase. All we ask is that the items you are looking to return are unused, in a sellable condition and in their original packaging and swing tickets attached.

To start the return or exchange process, please send us an email to hello@tomanddicks.co.uk, quoting your order number. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid label that you can use to send your order back to us. Please ensure your order is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns label. Returns made to us using a separate courier to the returns label provided are made at your own risk.

Refunds are processed as soon as your order is received back to us.

Delivery – International

We may be Manchester born & b(r)ed but we ship globally! We need to add a small charge in order to do this which will be added at checkout. We will aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible – we recommend 7-10 days, but in most cases your order will be with you sooner.

Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands with DPD – £5

Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, Austria, Denmark & Switzerland with DPD – £10

Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania & Serbia with DPD – £20

Rest of World (incl. US): courier depends on location – £30

Returns – International

We're happy to offer the same 30 day returns policy to our international customers, although you'll need to cover the cost of return postage. 

Delivery – Fabric swatches

UK - Our Fabric Samples are sent via Royal Mail 1^st Class and should be with you within 2-3 working days.

International – A small delivery charge of £1 will be applied to your order. We are happy to refund this should you place an order for bedding. Please email us at hello@tomanddicks.co.uk before placing your bedding order.
